About Me

District 123 a.k.a Da District is an upcoming group from the southside of St. Louis, MO. Da District is made up of T-South, Blu Streets, and Doughboy. The group was formed back in 2005 by T-South and Blu Streets who's been doing music with each other since middle school. They're focus is to make real music that them and others could party, ride, and think to.

Far as groups go in the city of St. Louis Da District is like the N.W.A/Outkast of the Lou. They're style is different from anything you've heard from the Lou yet. A clash of different rap styles put together is what makes this group so dominant and unique. Wheter it's Blu Streets coming with his raw cut lyrical content, Doughboy coming with his street mentality swang, and T-South delivering his versatile swag fast or slow, hype or laid back flow. All those characteristics is what makes this trio works.

T-South gives this group such a bangin sound with the beats he produces for the group. Right now Da District is working on they're first album titled "Da Demonstration". " It's going to be a musical movie that evrybody could relate to" T-South quotes.

There's a lot of movements going on in the city of St. Louis; which is starting a lot of controversy. Everybody wants to recreate St.Louis, " we're jus going to do us and let the poeple be the judge much love to all the upcoming acts in our city" Blu Streets states.

At this moment District 123 is unsigned but is part of the underground label Southvision Entertainment founded by they're own T-South. The family is growing so look forward to hearing music by Da District and solo artist Dolo Dolla. So stay tuned and be ready when the reign come from these artist and more.
